The main Structurely alternatives are SalesCloser, Ylopo AI Text + Voice, Lofty Sales Agent, Verse, Aktify and Conversica. Structurely is now sold as 21X. Choose by the channel your leads answer (text, phone, website or video), whether the tool books meetings during the conversation, and how well it fits your CRM and team.

We make SalesCloser, one of the tools below. Every other product is described only from its own website, checked in October 2026. We don’t list prices or ratings. Check each vendor’s current pages before you buy.
Structurely built its name on AI inside sales agents (ISAs) for real estate and mortgage teams: an assistant that texts and calls new leads, qualifies them and hands the ready ones to an agent or loan officer. The company is now called 21X, and the product covers more channels and industries than before. If you’re comparing options, this guide shows what each one does, who it suits and how to pick.
Why people look for Structurely alternatives
We haven’t found a public pattern of complaints we could cite, so this section sticks to what the company itself has published. These are the fit questions that most often start a comparison:
- The rename and the wider focus. In its news post “Structurely Is Now 21X and Launches a New Revenue Platform for Sports“, the company announced the new name. Its use cases page now lists mortgage, real estate, sports, private aviation, life insurance, home improvement, platforms and CRMs, and marketing agencies. A rename is a natural moment to recheck fit.
- Channel mix. 21X describes itself as a platform for voice, SMS, RCS, email and chat. Some teams want a smaller tool built around one job. Others want video calls or a live product walkthrough, which the 21X site doesn’t list.
- All-in-one versus add-on. Many real estate teams already pay for a CRM or lead generation platform that now includes its own AI assistant. Using the built-in option can mean one less system.
- Who sets it up. Some tools are self-serve. Others are set up with help from the vendor’s team. Your preference here narrows the list quickly.

The alternatives in more detail
1. SalesCloser
SalesCloser AI sales agents hold real conversations by voice, video or chat: on the phone, on Zoom or in the browser. They answer inbound leads, ask your qualifying questions and book qualified prospects onto your team’s calendar (Calendly or Cal.com). An agent can also give a product walkthrough by live screen share or by presenting your product video, which suits teams that sell something worth showing.
Setup is no-code: you give the agent your website, documents, FAQs and rules. It saves the lead, a call summary and the qualification answers to HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, GoHighLevel, Zendesk or Intercom. Conversations are recorded and transcribed so your team can review them. It works around the clock and in 50+ languages. You control how the agent introduces itself, including whether it says it’s an AI up front. See how it works for real estate teams.
2. Ylopo AI Text + Voice
Ylopo is a digital marketing platform for real estate lead generation. Its AI Text + Voice page describes an assistant that engages new and re-engaged leads by text and phone. The AI Voice page says it handles scheduled callbacks, live transfers successful connections to the agent and sends call notes and outcomes to the CRM. It fits best if Ylopo already runs your ads and websites.
3. Lofty Sales Agent
Lofty is an all-in-one real estate platform with a CRM, IDX websites, lead generation and AI. Its Sales Agent page calls it an AI ISA that handles outreach, qualifies leads, books appointments and briefs the agent before handoff. It engages across text, email and web chat, and logs timeline, budget and must-haves in Lofty.
4. Verse
Verse builds AI agents for sales and marketing across text, email, voicemail, web chat and voice calls, and lists real estate and mortgage among its industries. It offers AI appointment setting, live transfer from a text conversation to a phone call through CallConnect, integrations including Salesforce and HubSpot, and a managed human concierge service. It’s a good fit for teams that want text first and help from the vendor.
5. Aktify
Aktify engages leads by two-way SMS, answers questions, handles objections and qualifies interest. It books appointments to your calendar through text and, during business hours, transfers qualified leads to your sales team by live call. It lists HubSpot, Salesforce and GoHighLevel among its CRM connections. Its listed industries are home services, auto services, insurance and finance rather than real estate.
6. Conversica
Conversica offers AI agents that hold two-way conversations across email, SMS, chat and messaging apps. Its use cases include inbound inquiries, events, ads and account-based programs, and its agents can schedule meetings and trigger workflows. Its listed industries include automotive, higher education, hospitality and enterprise. It suits teams that run many marketing campaigns and want every response followed up.
How to choose
Start with your leads, not the feature list. A short test with real leads will tell you more than any demo.
- Find the channel your leads answer. Look at last quarter’s leads. If most replies came by text, a text-first tool may be enough. If buyers want to talk, or you sell something they need to see, look at phone, website and video.
- Decide where the meeting gets booked. Some tools book during the conversation. Others transfer a live call to a person, which only works when someone is available. Check how each handles leads that come in at night. Our booking use case shows one approach.
- Check the CRM fit. Confirm which CRMs each tool updates and what it writes: notes, summaries, answers or stages.
- Decide between built-in and standalone. If your CRM or lead platform already includes an AI assistant, test it first. A standalone agent makes sense when you need channels or languages your platform lacks.
- Review the handoff. Ask how a lead reaches a person: transfer, booked call or alert. Read sample conversations before you go live.
- Check your own rules. Texting and calling leads carries consent and disclosure rules that vary by state and country. Confirm your obligations with your own counsel.

Frequently asked questions
Is Structurely the same company as 21X?
Yes. The company announced on its own site that Structurely is now 21X, and its pages are signed “Structurely / 21X”. The product is described as a conversational AI platform for voice, SMS, RCS, email and chat across sales, service and support.
What is the best Structurely alternative for real estate teams?
It depends on your stack. If you already use Ylopo or Lofty, test their built-in AI assistants first. If you want leads called, answered on your website or shown a video walkthrough, and booked onto a calendar during the conversation, compare SalesCloser.
Can an AI ISA call leads, or only text them?
Both exist. 21X, Ylopo AI Voice, Verse and SalesCloser all list phone calls. Aktify works by text and transfers qualified leads to a person by live call. Check whether the tool can hold the whole conversation by phone or only start it.
Do these tools book appointments directly on my calendar?
Most of them book or schedule in some way, but the method differs. Some book during the conversation, some set callbacks, and some transfer a live call to a person. SalesCloser books qualified prospects onto Calendly or Cal.com before the conversation ends.
Will an AI assistant work with my real estate CRM?
Check each vendor’s integration list against your CRM before you sign. Lofty logs data in its own CRM, Ylopo sends call notes to your CRM, and SalesCloser saves the lead, summary and qualification answers to HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, GoHighLevel, Zendesk or Intercom.
