How we compared
We read each vendor’s own website in October 2026 and recorded what the product does in the vendor’s words, the channels it works on, whether it focuses on inbound or outbound, and how you buy it. We only list prices that the vendor publishes, and we link the source. We left out tools that support sales but do not act as an agent, such as conversation intelligence, data providers and email coaching tools. We also left out Lindy, a general AI assistant for many roles rather than a sales agent. Air AI is not here either: the air.ai domain now belongs to a different company, and we could not find an Air AI sales product still running.

Tools are grouped by type. Within each group, they are ordered by how many live channels they cover. SalesCloser is our product. It is listed first because it covers the most live channels in the first group, and we describe it only with facts from our own features page.

Live inbound conversation agents
These agents talk with buyers in real time when they arrive: on your website, on the phone or in a messaging app. Choose this group if your problem is leads waiting too long for an answer.
1. SalesCloser
SalesCloser provides AI sales agents that talk with your leads by website chat, browser voice and video calls, phone and WhatsApp. The agents answer questions from your own content, qualify buyers with your questions and rules, book meetings onto Calendly, Cal.com or Cal.eu, and send follow-up emails. During a browser video call, the agent can share your product demo videos on screen and answer questions as it goes. Agents speak 50+ languages.
When a buyer is ready for a person, the agent can transfer a phone call or bring a rep into the live call. It connects with HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Zendesk and GoHighLevel, and offers an MCP server on paid plans. It also runs outbound calling campaigns.
Keep in mind: Salesforce connects through Zapier rather than natively, and SMS is switched on by the SalesCloser team.
2. Qualified (Piper)
Qualified describes Piper as an AI SDR agent that “autonomously nurtures and converts inbound prospects into pipeline.” Piper greets website visitors and talks with them by live chat, voice or video. It can give a short slide-based “first-call sales pitch” on the page, follow up with inbound leads by email, and book meetings with the right rep. Qualified says Piper works in over 20 languages, and it reports to your team in Slack.
Qualified is now part of Salesforce, and Piper is built around CRM and intent data, so it fits B2B companies that already run on Salesforce and get a lot of website traffic. Pricing has three tiers sized by monthly web sessions and email contacts. All are quoted by sales, and agent handoff and MCP/API access start on the Enterprise tier.
Keep in mind: Qualified does not list phone calls or WhatsApp as Piper channels.
3. Conversica
Conversica says its AI agents “help you start effortless conversations that build trust, deepen relationships, and drive growth.” The agents follow up on event sign-ups, ad clicks, content downloads, web forms and ABM programs, then keep leads warm with two-way conversations. They can send assets, schedule meetings and trigger workflows in your stack. Conversica lists email, SMS, chat and messaging apps as channels, and also offers customer service and retention use cases such as renewals and upsells.
Buying starts with a call with Conversica’s team, who match you with an agent and build it with industry-trained flows. This fits marketing and sales teams that generate many leads from campaigns and need every one followed up.
Keep in mind: Conversica’s site does not list voice calls, so it suits written follow-up more than phone or video conversations.
Outbound AI SDRs
These agents find prospects, research them, write and send outreach, handle replies and book meetings. Choose this group if your problem is pipeline volume rather than response time.
4. 11x
11x calls itself a platform of “agents that drive revenue,” built for inbound, outbound and account expansion. Alice is its email and social agent: she researches accounts, writes personalized messages and runs multichannel sequences. Julian handles inbound: chat agents engage site visitors, and a voice agent calls form-fills back, qualifies them, and books a meeting or transfers to a live rep. 11x lists voice, chat, email, social, SMS, WhatsApp and a dialer for human reps, plus a built-in company and lead database and integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive.
Buying starts with a demo, and 11x does not publish prices. It fits larger revenue teams that want one vendor for both inbound and outbound.
Keep in mind: 11x shows no self-serve plan, so plan for a sales process.
5. Artisan (Ava)
Artisan describes Ava as “the autonomous AI BDR built for enterprise.” Ava searches a database of 250M+ B2B contacts, enriches prospects with signals such as hiring and funding, writes personalized email and social sequences, handles replies and objections, and books meetings on your reps’ calendars. Each campaign can run in approval mode or fully on its own, with controls for tone, CTAs and budget. Ava syncs with Salesforce and HubSpot and posts updates to Slack.
The homepage has a self-serve “Get started” option. Team and Scale plans, sized at roughly 2,500 and 6,000 leads contacted a month, are priced by sales.
Keep in mind: Artisan says plainly that Ava cannot make calls. She builds a list of qualified prospects for your reps to dial, and an AI dialer is sold as an add-on.
6. AiSDR
AiSDR says it is “an AI agent that focuses on lead quality over volume.” It finds prospects from live web signals and its database, researches each one, writes outreach by email and LinkedIn, and can add call steps through Aircall. It also qualifies replies and books meetings. Its FAQ says it follows up with inbound leads too. It integrates with HubSpot, Salesforce, Gmail, Outlook, Aircall and Calendly.
AiSDR publishes its pricing: pay-as-you-go costs $1.50 per person prospected, with no sales call needed, and team plans for 1,000+ contacts a month are priced by volume (source). That makes it easy to start small.
Keep in mind: AiSDR is an outreach agent. Its own menu describes the assistant as handling “everything except the live conversations.”
7. Reply.io Jason AI
Reply.io calls Jason “an agentic-friendly AI sales agent built to scale multichannel outbound and book more meetings.” Jason learns your product from playbooks and a knowledge base, finds prospects from a large contact database and intent signals, writes personalized email and LinkedIn messages, handles replies in automatic or approval mode, and books meetings from your calendar. It can add call steps with a personalized script for a rep to make, and Reply.io says it writes in 50+ languages.
Plans are published. AI SDR Starter begins at $500 a month billed annually, or $800 billed monthly, for 1,000 active contacts (source). The buttons lead to a booked demo.
Keep in mind: Calls are tasks for your reps. Jason does not hold phone conversations itself.
8. Regie.ai (RegieGO)
Regie.ai describes RegieGO as “an agentic sales workspace with built-in enrichment, emailing, dialing and workflows that gets you prospecting end to end from a single chat.” You prompt it to source and rank accounts, find a “why now” reason to reach out, draft messages in your voice and prepare calls. A power dialer lets reps make the calls. It connects to HubSpot, Salesforce or Monday CRM, or you can use its built-in CRM.
Pricing is self-serve and published: Pro is $49 a month for one person ($41 billed annually), Team is $150 per seat a month ($125 annually) with a two-seat minimum, and Enterprise is custom (source).
Keep in mind: RegieGO helps reps prospect faster. It is less of an agent that works on its own, and the rep still runs the conversations.
Voice-agent builders
These are platforms for building your own AI phone agent. They give you more control and more setup work. Choose this group if you have the people to design call flows and want them tailored to your process.
9. Retell AI
Retell AI says it lets you “build, deploy, and manage next-generation AI voice agents that sound human, execute tasks, and scale effortlessly.” Its drag-and-drop builder handles call flows, functions, call transfers, keypad menus and SMS. Agents can take inbound calls, run outbound campaigns with pacing and retries, or run as a website widget. Retell lists call transfer with a briefing for the human agent, live listen-in and takeover, CRM read and write-back, and tools for testing and QA.
Retell publishes pricing of $0.07 to $0.31 per minute for voice agents, depending on models and add-ons, with no annual contract (source). You can sign up in the dashboard or contact sales.
Keep in mind: Retell is a general platform. Sales scripts, qualification logic and booking rules are yours to design.
10. Synthflow
Synthflow presents itself as an “end-to-end Voice AI platform with in-house telephony” for enterprise phone automation. Teams design agents in a visual flow designer, test them with simulated calls, and launch over Synthflow’s own telephony or their existing SIP and contact-center systems. Agents handle inbound and outbound calls: routing, booking appointments, qualifying leads and sending SMS follow-ups. Synthflow also lists chat and SMS, and integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Cal.com and Zapier.
Its pricing page says enterprise contracts start at $30,000 a year, scoped by volume and setup (source). Its homepage FAQ also describes a pay-as-you-go path, so ask which applies to you.
Keep in mind: Synthflow’s site leans toward support and contact-center work more than sales.
How to choose the right AI sales agent
1. Name the bottleneck. If leads go cold waiting for a reply, you need a live inbound agent. If you lack pipeline, you need an outbound AI SDR. If you run a phone operation and have builders on staff, consider a voice platform.
2. Match the channels to your buyers. Check where your buyers already talk to you. An email-only agent will not help a business whose leads call or message on WhatsApp, and a phone agent will not help a team selling through LinkedIn.
3. Check what happens when a person is needed. Ask how the agent hands a buyer to your team. Can it transfer a call, bring a rep into a live conversation, or only send an email alert? Ask what context the rep gets.
4. Confirm your CRM and calendar. A native integration with your CRM and calendar saves a lot of glue work. If your CRM is only reachable through Zapier or an API, budget time for setup.
5. Compare buying models, not just prices. Vendors charge per contact, per minute, per seat or by annual contract. Model your real volume before comparing.
6. Test with your own leads. Ask for a demo using your content and real questions. For outbound calling and email, check consent and opt-out handling for your markets.
Whichever type you pick, keep your CRM as the shared record so every agent and every rep sees the same history. For more on the basics, see what an AI sales agent is and what an AI SDR does.
Frequently asked questions
What is an AI sales agent?
An AI sales agent is software that holds sales conversations or runs sales tasks on its own. Depending on the product, it answers inbound leads, qualifies buyers, books meetings, writes and sends outreach, or makes and takes phone calls, then records the results in your CRM.
What is the difference between an AI sales agent and an AI SDR?
“AI SDR” usually means an agent that does a sales development rep’s work: prospecting, outreach and booking meetings, mostly by email and LinkedIn. “AI sales agent” is broader and also covers agents that talk with buyers live on your website, by phone or on video.
Can an AI sales agent give a product demo?
Some can show content during a conversation. SalesCloser agents can share your product demo videos on screen during a browser video call and answer questions as they go. Qualified’s Piper can present a short slide-based pitch on your website.
Do AI sales agents make phone calls?
Some do. SalesCloser, 11x, Retell AI and Synthflow agents hold phone conversations. Artisan says Ava does not make calls. Reply.io’s Jason AI, AiSDR and Regie.ai add call steps or a dialer for your reps instead.
Can I use more than one AI sales agent?
Yes. Many teams pair an outbound AI SDR that books meetings with an inbound conversation agent that answers website visitors and callers. Connect both to the same CRM and calendar so records and bookings do not clash.
Do AI sales agents work in other languages?
Many do, but coverage varies. SalesCloser agents speak 50+ languages. Reply.io says Jason AI writes in 50+ languages, and Qualified says Piper engages visitors in over 20. Test the languages you need with your own content.
