SalesCloser Technologies Ltd. ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This notice explains what we collect on our investor relations pages at salescloser.ai/investors and how we use it.
What we collect
- Investor alerts. Your email address and, if you give them, your name and company. We also keep a record of your consent: the date and time, the wording you agreed to, and the IP address it came from.
- Contact form. Your name, email address, optional phone number, the kind of investor you are, and your message.
- Usage analytics. Pages viewed, referrer, browser, device and approximate location, collected with PostHog using a cookie, so we can understand how the site is used.
How we use it
- To send the investor alerts you asked for, and to confirm your subscription.
- To reply to your messages.
- To understand and improve how the site is used.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Service providers
- Cloudflare hosts this site and stores subscriptions and messages.
- Mailgun delivers our emails.
- PostHog provides usage analytics.
- TradingView supplies the share price and chart, and YouTube plays event replays. These load from their own servers and are covered by their own privacy policies.
Some of these providers may process data outside Canada.
Retention
We keep your subscription while it's active, and the consent record for as long as we need it to show that you agreed. Messages are kept as long as needed to respond and for our records.
Your choices
Every alert has an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing investors@salescloser.ai.
Changes
We may update this notice. The date above shows when it last changed.
