Integrations and automation: connect your agent to your stack
SalesCloser connects with five CRMs, sends events to Zapier and webhooks, and offers an API with sandbox keys. On paid plans, an MCP server lets AI assistants such as Claude work with your account, and Meta lead forms can feed calling campaigns.

Move leads in, send outcomes out
Every qualified conversation should end up where your team works.
CRMs
HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Zendesk and GoHighLevel, so call outcomes land on the right contact. GoHighLevel stages can start your automations. Salesforce and others connect through Zapier.
Learn more →Zapier and webhooks
Send data during a conversation, when it ends, when a lead converts or when a campaign finishes. Conversion and campaign-finished events also go to Appmixer. Zapier sees every custom lead field you use.
Learn more →API, sandbox keys and white-label
Manage agents, leads, campaigns and conversations, with samples in cURL, Python, PHP, JavaScript and Ruby. Named sandbox keys never touch live data. White-label accounts get webhooks, embeds, API docs and the Postman collection with no SalesCloser name.

On paid plans, connect Claude, Cursor or Codex to read and manage agents, leads, knowledge bases, campaigns and calls. Anything that spends credits or deletes data shows a preview and asks you to confirm.

Call Facebook and Instagram leads automatically
Connect your Facebook and Instagram lead forms to an ongoing calling campaign, and new form leads are queued and called within your calling hours.
- Connect it from Integrations > My Integrations > Meta Connections.
- The built-in assistant can set this up for you from the chat.
Your own tools and apps
Apps as agent tools
Add apps from the catalog on an agent's Tools tab and choose whether the agent uses each one during calls or after them. When ready-made actions are not enough after a call, the built-in assistant works out the steps through the app's own API, under your direction.
Your own tool server
Connect your own MCP server to an agent, sign in through a pop-up with no key to paste, and choose exactly which tools it may use.
Restaurant and hotel orders
Let the agent search the menu, quote the price and send confirmed orders into Oracle Simphony POS.
Run your account from a chat
The built-in assistant creates and updates agents, campaigns, leads and knowledge bases when you describe what you want, and asks you to confirm first.
Shopify, on request
Our team can switch on SalesCloser for Shopify merchants, who set it up from their Shopify admin and pay on their Shopify bill.
Intercom is a handoff
Hand website chats to your team in Intercom; it is not a CRM sync. See team handoff.
FAQ
Still wondering about something? Ask us on the call. We'll build your agent while we talk.
Which CRMs does SalesCloser work with?
HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Zendesk and GoHighLevel. Salesforce and many other tools connect through Zapier, webhooks or the API.
Does SalesCloser create deals in my CRM?
No. The CRM connection saves the lead, a call summary and the qualification answers. Use Zapier to create or move deals.
Can I test the API without touching live data?
Yes. Sandbox keys work on every endpoint and cannot touch live leads, agents or conversations.
What is the difference between the API and the MCP server?
The API is for software your developers write. The MCP server is for asking an AI assistant in plain language. They use separate credentials.
Can Facebook and Instagram leads be called automatically?
Yes. Attach a Meta lead form to an ongoing campaign, and new leads with a phone number are queued and called within your calling hours.
